Getting app to work for testing

I have followed the instruction, but I can't get the app to work. Here is the error I get when I try to log in as admin:

rcla396, looks like a problem with your sql server (express) setup or installation. Here is a link that might help: http://forums.asp.net/t/1377174.aspx. You may also try to delete the database log file and run the site again. MyWSAT really does not require any setup (only if you want the emails to work), otherwise it should run out of the box.

Thank you very much. I deleted the appdata/sqlexpress folder off my user local system and it works fine now Thanks rcla396
